Since the June Adirondack Women's Weekend sells out annually, it's time to introduce an all-new fall event. And there's no better place to host it than the stunning Schroon Lake region and the incredible Lodge at Schroon Lake. Whether attending solo or with friends, this small group experience is all about fun, relaxation and having a great time, on and off your bike. Add in delicious dining, fun surprises and the blissful ease of knowing everything is taken care of and you've got a weekend of enjoying the best of the southern Adirondacks without the stress of planning. We make sure of that by providing professional cycling guides, fully stocked rest stops, a mechanic, and a support vehicle.

Best of all, a portion of the event proceeds will support the Schroon Lake Association and their volunteer efforts to preserve, promote, and protect the welfare of Schroon Lake, the Schroon River, and the watershed area.

Our Host
This incredible property is a beautiful 36-acre resort on the west shore of Schroon Lake featuring 116 rooms, 32 of which are pet-friendly. It includes hotel rooms, standalone cabins and chalets, and upscale glamping sites. Plus, guests have access to a world-class restaurant and bar, miniature golf, multi-purpose sports courts, and a private beach with docks and a deck. What does registration include?
Registration includes:

What are the lodging options?
Standard
Available as a single room with a king bed or in a double room with two double beds. Each option includes desk space and full bathroom, coffee maker. These rooms are located in same building as the game room, fitness center, indoor pool and The Bevy lounge in the lobby.
Double Suite
Located in the Main Lodge, this Double Suite features a private bedroom with two double beds, kitchenette and living space with pull-out sofa. Each suite has a private bathroom with tub/shower combination or shower only, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and is in same building as the game room, fitness center, indoor pool and The Bevy lounge in the lobby.
Chalet
This premier, private residence offers exquisite views of Schroon Lake atop the ridge at the edge of the property. Chalets feature private Queen Bedroom, King Loft Bedroom, Two full bathrooms and a living space with a kitchenette. Each chalet has a large private deck and a small balcony overlooking Schroon Lake. This room also has a ramp for accessibility.
NOTE: All double rooms and chalets must be two guests attending the event together. Both must register. You will be prompted to enter the name of your roommate at checkout. Single rooms cannot be shared by two guests.
Are e-bikes allowed?
Yes, all pedal assist e-bikes are welcome.
What is the total group size?
This is a small group boutique experience as is limited to a maximum of 40 participants.
How challenging are the routes?
By clicking the "Routes" tab you can see distances and profiles for the routes we plan to ride during the event.
What does the event support?
Proceeds from the fall Adirondack Women's Weekend will be donated to the Schroon Lake Association, not for profit volunteer organization - dedicated to preserving, promoting, and protecting the welfare of Schroon Lake, the Schroon River, and the watershed area.
What is the refund/transfer policy?
The policy is as follows:
- Refunds of any amount do not include BikeReg service fees.
- 100% if requested 60 or more days before the event.
- 50% if requested between 60-30 days before the event.
- Refunds are not available if requested less than 30 days before the event. However, the registration can be transferred to another person or deferred to the following year.
- If the event is canceled by organizers, 100% refunds will be issued or registrations can be deferred to the following year.
LODGING
Not only is this a stunning lakefront property with gorgeous grounds, on-site dining and an indoor pool, but - as you'd expect - the rooms are fabulous too. And we've multiple accommodation options for you to choose your preferred comfort level:

Registration includes a happy hour and delicious three course meal on the evening of arrival and breakfast each morning. Also included are fully stocked rest stops each day featuring Dak Bars, energy drinks, water and surprise local treats.
