Amy Farrell
Amy Farrell has been coaching since 1999, over the years she has coached everything from high school track and field athletes to masters runners and triathletes. Her athletes have won state championships on the track and qualified for world and national championships in triathlon.
As an athlete she is annually awarded the USAT Age Group All-American honor. In 2009 she was the 30-34 World Champion at the 70.3 distance and in 2014 she was the 35-39 Ironman World Champion as well as the second female amateur overall in Kona. She has been on the podium at the Ironman world championship 7 of the 9 times she has raced there. She was the overall female winner at Ironman Lake Placid in 2015 and 2017, Ironman North Carolina in 2016, and Ironman Santa Rosa in 2018.
Over the last few years Amy has grown to love all of her bikes-gravel, road, and mountain, participating in many gravel and road events in NY. Amy and her husband, Kevin, live in Tupper Lake with daughter, Ruby and five rescue dogs. And although Amy wouldn't put it in her bio, she has an incredible sense of humor.
