2024 Event Updates

Event Registration won't open until January 15, but we already have a few schedule updates to share. 

Bike the Barns
Word on the street is that Lake Placid will be hosting the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup September 27-29 and we definitely don't want you (or us) to miss it, so we're shifting Bike the Barns one week earlier to Saturday, September 21. Our host - Ausable Brewing - the routes, cause and farm stops will not change, we're just going to run it a week earlier, which if we're lucky could bring us right into peak fall foliage. 

Empire State Winter Games
This is cool, literally. For the second straight year, the Empire State Winter Games fat bike races will be hosted on Saturday, February 3 at Dewey Mountain Recreation Center in Saranac Lake.  Even cooler is that we'll have professional digital timing from Underdog Race Timing and we're working on a new loop that includes a mix of groomed single track and the killer wide and hard packed cross country ski trails. Great Camp Sagamore Gravel Experience
Our friends at Great Camp Sagamore asked if we'd be interested in opening registration for the August 11-14 gravel experience early. We said, "why not" and bam, registration is open now. The event is capped at 20, so if you'd like to guarantee your 2024 spot, perhaps lock that baby up in 2023.
